Why does your cat not like going to the vet?

Do you like visiting the doctor? Well, probably not. It’s the same thing with cats. Going to the vet creates incredible stress for them and disrupts their everyday life.

Yes, cats, and other animals as well, are generally not enthusiastic about visiting the vet.

What bothers them the most is when you put them in a transporter from the warmth of your home, transport them and release them to a completely unknown location.

A bunch of unknown animals in the waiting room

Except in exceptional cases, we bring cats to the vet in transporters. Although they are closed in them, through the openings they can see the surroundings, including a bunch of other animals in the waiting room. The scene is not pleasant for them because you never know.

There is no place to hide

If you release the cat in an unfamiliar location, instinctively, before scanning the space in which it is located, it will look for the best place to hide. There is no such place in the veterinary office.

WHERE are you going to put thermometer?!
