During the daily business of International pet advice d.o.o. maintains a large number of  interactions, both with consumers, business partners, and its own employees. Accordingly, below we present the personal data we process, as well as the purpose for  which we process it:

By entering personal data or attaching documentation in the fields provided for this  purpose, you give your consent for the said data to be used for the purpose for which it  was provided. 

International pet advice d.o.o. can use the specified data to provide you with more efficient  customer service, facilitate the use of the Vetzy IT platform, by removing the need to  frequently enter the same data or to adapt the web pages to your personal preferences  and interests. 

Hereby, International pet advice d.o.o. at the same time informs that you have the right to  access all personal data provided, as well as their correction, the right to subsequently  withdraw previously given consent, partially or fully, as well as the right to object to the  processing of personal data for the purpose of providing information about products or  services. 

When registering or placing an order on our website, depending on the case, you may be  asked to enter your or other information to help us enable you to experience using our  website in the right way. 

We collect personal data in the following way: 

When registering to use our services: first and last name, e-mail address, date of birth, etc. 

When applying to our team of medical doctors, namely: name and surname, e-mail  address, mobile phone number, title, license number, specialization/subspecialty 

When sending inquiries to our team of doctors: first and last name, e-mail address,  findings, and documentation that you decide to send us. 

If you give us your consent, we will send you an e-mail newsletter with information about  our service and news. 

When using the Vetzy application, data that you decide to submit to us, such as name,  date of birth, documentation, etc. 

We will also use your data to process the payment of the amount you are required to pay  for using the application. Sometimes you will be entitled to a refund, so we will use your  data for these purposes as well.

In case you submit a complaint, complaint, or inquiry to us. 

Through consent for direct marketing, which can be given, for example, by e-mail or  directly by signing a consent form. 

If we process your data based on consent, if you revoke the given consent, we will stop  processing your data and will no longer use them for the given purposes, but this may  result in the impossibility of using some additional benefits related to them. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We use your data to process your request to get in touch with an available veterinarian,  find an available veterinarian whose specialization or branch of veterinary medicine suits  you best, conclude a contract with you and enable communication with the selected  veterinarian.

For effective control of the processing of your data, you have the right to protect your rights  and interests, in cases prescribed by law, which you can exercise directly, namely: 

– The right to request information about whether International pet advice d.o.o. Your data  and, if so, request detailed information about the processing itself; 

– The right to request access to your data, in such a way that International pet advice  d.o.o. make a copy of them, in physical or digital form; 

– The right to request the correction of your inaccurate or incomplete personal data in our  possession; 

– The right to request that we delete your data in our possession; 

– The right to request that we limit the processing of your data; 

– The right to request that we transfer your data to another data processing officer; 

– The right to object to the processing of your data by International pet advice d.o.o., in  particular concerning direct marketing based on the legitimate interest of International pet  advice d.o.o. and automated processing;

HOW DO OUR WEBSITES HANDLE DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS?

SECURITY OF PAYMENT BY CREDIT / BANK CARDS

Website is an authorized PCI DSS Level 1 payment service  provider.

International pet advice d.o.o. will handle your data in accordance with all applicable  regulations governing the protection of personal data with the application of appropriate  technical and security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access,  misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction. 

International pet advice d.o.o. preserves the confidentiality of your data and allows access  and communication of personal data only to those of its employees who need it for the  implementation of their business activities, and to third parties only in cases expressly  prescribed by law or with your consent. 

FINAL PROVISIONS 

In order to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE  COUNCIL OF APRIL 27, 2016) and other applicable regulations, this Privacy Policy has  been updated and amended. on May 18, 2022. 

Since it is likely that existing and new processing of personal data will change over time, it  will be necessary to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy. The amended version of the  Rules will be published on it platform/Vetzy application as soon as it is issued.
